“Spesial thanks for staff: Shivani,priyanshu,purandas,koyel”
The Basil Park hotel gave me a pleasant stay with friendly staff, and I’ll definitely book here again.
“Hôtel neuf très confortable”
Très bon qualité /prix
“Customer care at its best.”
Basil Park truly excels at welcoming tired travelers; from the moment we arrived, exhausted and a little frazzled, they offered extra care that mattered. The room was excellent, the bed comfortable, and the restaurant tasty. We left early in the morning and they prepared a packed breakfast for us, and when our pre‑booked car to the station didn’t arrive, they quickly arranged another one. Fantastic service!
“Not worth”
Nothing to praise, but the room was small, the food was mediocre, and the staff could improve.
“Okay”
The location is convenient and the hotel works for a one‑ or two‑day visit, but traffic noise from the nearby road and loud wedding music made it difficult; I had to move to the opposite side of the building for some relief. The elevator and stairwell lack any scent or maintenance, leaving a foul odor, and the breakfast area feels a bit dim.
