We stayed just one night because of an event nearby, so I can't fully rate it; the basic room furnishings were clean, access was simple, and the keys were ready in a safe. The view from the room was odd, looking into an untidy garden, and at night you could hear everything through the walls; the furniture and mattress need replacement, something I still remember :-(

The beds were fine. There was no staff, and although breakfast was listed as available on site, it was not offered.

The room seemed clean, yet keys and a mobile phone from previous guests or staff were left behind. It was clear the place mainly caters to tradespeople and installers, with no air‑conditioning, no escape route, and a train passing right by that shut the small roof window.
