The location is central, the food is good and varied, the staff are friendly and very helpful, and there’s a wide range of activities. Cleanliness isn’t the best (only the visible areas get cleaned), shower fixtures are loose and lack water pressure, the climate control unit on the building is loud even at night, and the lift often malfunctions. Other users have already mentioned these issues in reviews, and it seems nothing has been done about them.
