I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's facilities and the exceptional behavior of the staff, who were always courteous and helpful. However, I found it somewhat ironic that the reviewer mentioned the staff's good behavior as a negative point, as it's clear that they were genuinely trying to provide excellent service. Despite this, I still had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I must admit, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag, but unfortunately, the negative aspects far outweighed any positives. The hotel's amenities and services fell short of my expectations in almost every way. From the moment I arrived, I encountered numerous issues that made my stay frustrating and uncomfortable. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
