Everything was great – the location and breakfast were superb for a layover. A nearby spa offered a discount for entry, but we didn't have time to take advantage.

Lucia was very welcoming and helpful with local knowledge, the guest house and garden were well maintained, and breakfast was amazing. It's only a short distance to various restaurants and the town centre, so overall we had a great stay and will definitely return if we're in the area.

The B&B is a delightful stone cottage tucked into green tranquility; the rooms are brand‑new and fully equipped, the very kind owner serves a varied and abundant breakfast, and it’s just a 6‑minute walk from the grotta giusti – TOP🤩.
