The kibbutz itself was pleasant, but the rooms need furniture upgrades and some plaster and paint work.

שקט ורגוע. יחס חם במיוחד המארחת בת חן. איפשרו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר עד 16:00 ללא תשלום. כל המתחם הוא שימור מוזאון של הקיבוץ. הבריכה נעימה ולא תשלום נוסף. העדפנו מיטה גדולה אחת ולא שתיים נפרדות

“Little Oasis in the South”

The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed walking around. By car there were several places to hike and eat. The AC worked very well which was important considering the heat outside. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice time during our stay. It would have been nice if there was a place to sit and eat inside. It was too hot to eat outside.

“Приятное место для спокойного отдыха в пустыне”

Because it’s a kibbutz, the rooms are simple. But they’re very clean, and everything needed is there: wardrobe, table, fridge, a corner for making tea and coffee. The mattresses are comfortable, with extra pillows. The AC and shower work great, toiletries are provided. The green area around (in the heart of the desert!) is the real highlight, a small veranda where it’s very pleasant to sit in the morning and evening (and during other seasons – even during the day). Right on the lawn is a grill, and a 5‑minute walk takes you to a pool that stays open until 10 pm on Thursdays, which we especially liked. Rooms are cleaned daily, the reception staff is very pleasant. From here it’s convenient to head out on desert hikes, with many routes within half an hour’s drive. Breakfast is fairly simple for its price. Maybe next time we won’t take it.
