The room was spotless and the flat sits in a central spot. However, the listing said there was a lift, but in reality there were 20 steps to the first floor and the lift never stopped at the second floor, plus there were building works going on.

The apartment is modern and nicely decorated, clean, with a good shower and a comfortable bed. There's a cute little restaurant right across the street. It gets noisy on weekends after midnight until 3 am, and the glass door means the bathroom lacks privacy.

In the center, the room is comfortable, and there is a refrigerator and a coffee maker.

The location was excellent. Carlotta was an excellent host who answered any questions and secured bookings for us. The spot is in the heart of Palermo, so you need to be okay with crowds, traffic, and noise, but that was part of the fun too!
