The pool was clean and great, the staff went above and beyond, and the room was spotless; the location was close to restaurants, stores, and gas stations. The only downside was that the cushions on the outdoor back furniture were worn out and needed replacement.

Everything was perfect, except the back patio furniture.

I loved the property—it was modern, quiet, and very nice. Overall, I liked everything.

I only liked the part where I left. Everything else was terrible: the first lady we met, Brandy, was rude and we had to wait over half an hour to speak with her; the toilets still had waste and toothpaste in the sinks; none of the ice machines worked; and only one of the two elevators functioned. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The night staff were unprofessional; better help is needed at night.
