Room had the basics, clean and functional, but the phone to call reception was dead. Had to climb stairs to get the Wi‑Fi password and ask for AC. The balcony light is always on and keeps me up.

The room was roomy, staff were friendly and the cleaning was spot on. The inner rooms are quiet, though you can still hear some noise. Towels feel a bit worn, and there's no parking nearby – the road is jammed with bikes, making it tough to drop off bags. Plus, there are a lot of stairs, so it's a bit of a hassle for anyone with limited mobility.

Clean, comfy, staff were attentive. But the location on the avenue makes it noisy.

Great spot and tasty meals. The price is a bit steep – I wanted to stay for the holidays but it was out of my budget.

The room itself was fine, but the cleaning left something to be desired.
