When we arrived the first room wasn’t ready and the beds were unmade; construction dust was everywhere and the TV didn’t work, so we were moved. The new room had a broken heating‑cooling unit, which the staff replaced. They were great, but all of this happened after 1130 at night. We’d driven 7 hours and were ready to relax and sleep, and we also had dogs, so being assigned a room on the second floor was less than convenient.

The staff were friendly, check‑in was easy and breakfast was good. The price was far too high for the room; the room itself was in bad shape, the bathroom sink was broken, and the shower/tub had no mat, making it super slippery and causing me to fall. The beds were not comfortable. It needs a lot of upgrades.

We found it pricey, but that’s understandable given the location. I didn’t mind paying because the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful; their service alone made the price worth it. The location is excellent, right next to a Tims, a pizza place across the street, a beer store, and a pharmacy across the corner.
