“Fantastic location but very hot in the room”
The location is absolutely stunning, the Kloster itself is beautiful and sits in a great spot with direct lake access, perfect for walks or swimming; the hotel even has its own platforms in the lake for water access. The facilities meet modern standards and are well maintained, and breakfast is good with a wide selection. However, the rooms get very hot on summer nights because they’re right next to the lake, and the windows can’t be opened without mosquitoes flooding in, making it hard to sleep. I wasn’t expecting air conditioning, but an anti‑mosquito net would have helped.
