The staff and evening service were great, but the stay felt too short and I wish I’d stayed longer.

“Esperienza deludente, soprattutto per l’atteggiamento della responsabile.”

The breakfast was really generous and high quality, the highlight of the stay. The staff were unreliable and generally didn’t speak Italian; the only person who did was a lady who, from check‑in, was rude, arrogant and far from professional. We told the platform we’d arrive around 20:00 and were assured there’d be no problem. We got there at 20:10 and she told us, “You’re late, I have to catch the bus, and it’s the last one.” The welcome was far from hospitable, followed by her insisting we’d dine at the hotel even though we’d already said no. The next evening we simply asked to move a car parked behind ours so we could leave; she replied, “I can’t move people who are eating to move your car, you should have thought about it before parking there.” When we pointed out no one told us not to park there, she said, “I thought you were staying to eat.” Unfortunately we hadn’t booked dinner, so it was unclear why we were expected to eat at the hotel. Then, when we tried to pay the tourist tax by card, she asked incredulously, “You don’t have cash? Not even 4 euros?” We paid with the POS, but her attitude was again unacceptable. The room itself was disappointing: the décor was so minimal it was impractical—no wardrobe or hanging bar, just a wall hook; the bathroom had no towel hook, no glass, and a nearly empty soap bottle. Add to that terrible soundproofing—you could hear almost everything on the floor. I wouldn’t return and, as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rooms were good and the breakfast was great.

The property was nice, the staff friendly, and the breakfast very plentiful. The only downside was that there was no TV in the room.
