“Localização do hotel muito boa, mas mal tratado”

The indoor pool is heated and there’s a sauna, but the photos on the website don’t match the current state of the place; the outdoor pool was only cleaned on the last day of my stay, breakfast was very modest, the restaurant had an extremely limited menu, and overall the site is becoming poorly maintained.

“Ótimo custo-benefício. Voltaria”

Everything was great! Excellent value for money. A quiet place to rest. Full leisure for adults and kids! We enjoyed the duo playing and singing during Saturday dinner at the hotel restaurant and later the bonfire at night. The hotel staff welcomed us warmly. The breakfast was very good. I only suggest improving the breakfast replenishment on busy days. Personally, it’s better than the photos on Booking (especially the chalets/rooms and breakfast).

“Lugar maravilhoso, mal explorado”

The place was amazing and the setting was truly special, but the heated pool was broken, the breakfast was weak, the restaurant service felt lackluster, and the fishing tank had no proper structure.

“Fiquei com aquele gostinho de quero mais.”

The breakfast was good, the service was excellent, and the location was close to the town and other attractions; the environment was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were sensational, attentive, and polite—kudos to everyone! One suggestion: adding some music on Friday or Saturday nights in the lounge or outside the fire pit, maybe a guitar, would have been fantastic and could have surpassed expectations.

The room was excellent, the reception staff were great, and the place was cozy—perfect for rest and peace; however, the heated pool water was murky and the restaurant staff were not very welcoming.
