The room was good, breakfast was good, and there were plenty of facilities. Nothing else.

Nothing special made me happy. The food was expensive, the location inconvenient, and getting to the beach required a buggy. The hotel had very few facilities, and the stay booked on the third platform didn’t include the water park entrance fee.

I was given a room at the ground floor even though I had requested a high floor; I booked a couple of months ago. The construction site outside my window was a constant distraction. The view from the king suite was poor, making it not worth the money. The hotel arranged a late check‑in, but the tap in the room was broken and didn’t provide drinking water. The waterpark was poorly maintained, and the handrail was corroded.
