The location is spectacular. The shower is small and there was no hot water; bidet towels were missing; the bed was close to the wall with only about 40 cm of space and there was no wardrobe.

The location is excellent, right next to the entrance of the old city and the Arena for those coming to a show. The room is clean and, although very small, it has everything you need, even an espresso machine. The check‑in process is exhausting and anyone who isn’t tech‑savvy will struggle; everything is done through app links that require an online check‑in first. I received the links with a tutorial video about two hours before arrival, and it forced me to stand outside and complete the process (I’m tech‑savvy). In the end, when I succeeded, I discovered that you can also enter with a code located in the room next to the key (like a escape room), so I didn’t understand why the entry felt so tiring.

The price of 230€ per night is insane. The central location does not excuse it.
