The breakfasts were gorgeous, all homemade and very tasty. There’s a cozy courtyard where you can sit. The hosts are friendly. The hotel feels cozy. The rooms are clean. The triple room is cramped. The location is convenient – a 25‑minute walk to the center. Mount Ararat is just a bridge away.

The location is good, easy to get in and out, and it’s a privately run homestay. Suggestions: 1. The bathroom light is too bright; a small night light would help at night. 2. The shower is slippery and there’s no enclosure, so water makes the whole bathroom wet; consider adding water‑blocking measures and anti‑slip mats.

The hosts were wonderful and the breakfast was tasty, but the water in the shower wasn’t always available.

The outdoor garden and the staff are simply fabulous! The place is really cute, well kept, and run with great care. Breakfast is good and the location is very convenient, with a supermarket right nearby and a bus station easily reachable. The bathroom in the room is functional and clean, though it could use a refresh.
