Much more than a place to stay. I've just returned home after an incredible journey through Malaysia and Indonesia, and looking back on everything I've experienced, I can say without hesitation that meeting Nyoman and staying at his beautiful place, Kububa Kirana, was one of the absolute highlights of my entire trip. From the very first moment, I felt something truly special. The hospitality, the kindness, the attention to every little detail. Everything was simply exceptional. The accommodation was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained and incredibly peaceful. Every breakfast was prepared with such care and love, and everything felt so personal and thoughtful. But what made this experience truly unforgettable was something that no hotel, regardless of how luxurious it might be, could ever offer: the genuine feeling of being at home, of being welcomed into a family rather than simply staying as a guest. Kubu Kirana went far beyond anything I could have expected. I arrived as a guest, but I left feeling that I had found something much more valuable than a beautiful place to sleep. Nyoman, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, your warmth, your hospitality and for making me feel like part of your family. You made my time in Bali truly unforgettable.
