The room is lovely and comfortable, no staff on site, everything runs smoothly and there’s a response. Below the room is a small and excellent café. At the entrance is a subway drop‑off.

The location is great, right in front of the station exit. The room is also very pretty, with magazines and records adding extra interest. There’s a coffee shop that roasts its own beans, which sounds awesome for coffee lovers, but the roasting smell permeates the room and is very strong, and it was also smoky in the hallway.

The rooms were very stylish, with great attention to detail and a new, luxurious vibe, and there was a pleasant aroma of fresh coffee coming from the shop below. The location was perfect for exploring popular shopping districts during our short stay, with a metro station right outside, plenty of convenience stores, and a great local arcade just over the road. Check‑in was smooth. No complaints at all.

Metro Station is literally next door, the room is spacious and stylish, the bed is comfortable, and the location is great. The are just two rooms in this hotel and we booked both for us and our friends, which turned out like we booked the entire building. At first it seems that it’s clean, but there was plenty of dust under the bed and on other surfaces. The stairs in the hall were quite dusty too.

Spacious, great location, cozy, perfect for a few days in Tokyo. Coffee downstairs great to start the day caffeinated. Stairs steep and tiny so get ready for a struggle with big luggage. But otherwise perfect
