The location is handy because it’s so close to Infopark. However, the staff signed me up for the Marriott rewards program without asking me first, which was disappointing and not how you should meet the hotel’s sign‑up targets.

Breakfast could have offered more options, and clear instructions about room services and the swimming pool were missing. The pool timing was never communicated; we were there for only one stay. Complimentary items were given with someone else’s name, and when I asked to change them, they said it would arrive soon but never did.

Marriott has always been great. The rooms were clean and it was a comfortable stay. Food was great. The staff were amazing. Loved the hotel. Would prefer to stay here in the future as well. Food was alright. Breakfast was ok. Variety of dishes but I guess I had more expectations
