The hotel staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay a pleasant one.
The hotel's facilities and cleanliness were top-notch, but the reception staff could have been more understanding and helpful when answering my questions about the room.

I’d suggest arranging the dining area in advance for a group of ten so that we don’t have to eat separately; the corner of the dining room shouldn’t block the hallways. We were a group of doctors traveling from Arica to Magallanes for work, and having a place to talk was essential.

The tranquility and comfort of the surroundings were great. The location was good and the service was excellent.
There were several beds per bedroom. The blanket was light.
