“I bleam booking regarding this, i called you but you didn't reply to me at that time”

I booked Asal Hotel – Baghdad through your trusted platform and got an official confirmation email (Reservation Number: 4862215696). On May 3rd 2025 I arrived, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was no reservation under my name and no rooms left. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious failure in coordination or booking reliability on your platform. It caused me significant stress, effort, and unexpected financial expenses, as I had to find an alternative hotel late at night under very difficult circumstances. I demand an immediate explanation of what went wrong and full accountability from the responsible party—whether it is the hotel itself or your system. I also expect compensation for the financial and emotional damage caused by this negligence and look forward to a professional and prompt response from your team.
