“Een kleine paradijs vol mooie verrassingen”

The place was gorgeous, with a very friendly and helpful owner. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. A mini‑kitchen was available, and the owner had milk in the fridge for us. There was also a jar of breakfast muesli and cookies for tea and coffee. The garden was especially beautiful and spacious; I loved sitting there and listening to the birds. The hostess gave us excellent, practical tips for dining out and visiting local sights. Absolutely nothing— it exceeded my expectations.

“Truly wonderful place!”

Jacki's hospitality was so warm. It was lovely to talk to her, and I really loved the added touches for our stay like the plums from the garden freshly kept out for us in the morning and the fresh coffee & milk. The decor in the room was stunning!

“Lovely room in a beautiful location - The Green Room exceeded our expectations.”

I stayed in a lovely room set in a stunning location; the garden was amazing and the village setting with old stone cottage vibes made us feel like we were stepping back into Miss Marple's era. The room itself was beautifully decorated and furnished, and there were so many thoughtful extras with breakfast and refreshments that we were spoiled for choice. The host was lovely—kind, helpful, interesting, and a pleasure to meet. We’ll definitely return if we come back to the area. The only disappointment was that it took me so long to write this review; the host was so lovely I should have shared all of this sooner!
