The décor and furniture were nice, and the location is excellent, with all buses and trains departing from there. It is on the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd, and they charged me an extra €24 for giving me access to the place; the key lock on the entrance jammed and I didn’t receive any additional help.

After arriving in Rome, I got a WhatsApp message saying the property had no water. I was told I had to cancel the booking myself; the owner wouldn’t do it, so I spent half a day calling and searching for another place. The owner was difficult and said there was no point in coming to check in because no one would be there anyway. The worst part was that the owner insisted we cancel the reservation ourselves—which would have incurred a penalty fee—claiming they couldn’t cancel it on their end. The owner was very unprofessional and unpleasant.

Nothing good. We weren’t attended to upon arrival, waited an hour and a half before being told how to check in. When we did, we were told to take a room that turned out to be occupied. Total disaster.

The apartment was pretty. Communication was terrible. Check‑in was at 5 PM and they took ages to reply to messages.
