The only thing I liked was the mountains, yet three charges appeared on my card for a hot tub that didn’t work, a sauna that didn’t work, Wi‑Fi and satellite TV that didn’t work, and breakfast that was extremely basic compared to what I could get at home.

The room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the usual items, but at 7 am the coffee pot was empty and the staff took a long time to brew a new pot.

The staff were helpful, but there was no elevator—20 steps to the 2nd floor—and the hot tub was cold and not working.

The breakfast was decent, and the hotel looked pretty good with helpful staff. The building feels a bit dated and could use a refresh. My room had a faint smoker scent, not too bad, but the king bed was terrible—there was a deep hollow everyone had to lie in, and the mattress itself was awful.
