I was really disappointed. Even though I had paid the full amount, I was suddenly asked to pay an extra ₹6,000 at checkout because the hotel claimed there was a billing mistake. That was unacceptable and shocking. If there was an error, it should have been spotted and communicated earlier, not handed to me at the last moment. The whole ordeal was very inconvenient and left a bad impression. A professional hotel should handle its own calculation errors, not shift the burden onto guests at the last minute.

The room was really nice and having a bathtub was a bonus. The first room we got had a slight water‑logging issue near the tub, so we had to change rooms, which they handled quickly. The room boy could have been a bit more helpful—he wouldn’t give us a bottle opener and we had to fetch one from our parked car, and he also said he couldn’t provide wine glasses. On the upside, the staff downstairs, especially the manager, were very receptive to our feedback during breakfast. The breakfast itself was excellent. Overall, the location is unbeatable. If they fine‑tune their service and train staff better, this place could truly shine!
