“Our complaint was felt with unsatisfactory”

We were really impressed with how clean and tidy the hotel was, but unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The air conditioning unit in our room was ridiculously loud, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the manager seemed completely unhelpful and unsympathetic when we brought it up. And to top it all off, the breakfast was a total letdown - served in paper plates with plastic cutlery, it was a sad affair that wasn't worth the calories.

“Ok”

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city, with a fantastic location that's within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when I checked in late and they still managed to get me a room. The room itself was small but spotless, with a comfy bed and a decent-sized TV. I was a bit worried about the noise from the nearby street, but it wasn't too bad and I was able to get a good night's sleep.

I was really impressed with this hotel - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast spread was amazing, and the rooms were spotless. The location was also really convenient, making it easy to get around. I think this place is a great value for the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, this hotel fell short in a few areas. The biggest issue was that the room wasn't cleaned every day, which was a bit of a letdown. I was expecting a bit more from the service, but overall it was an okay stay.

I was really put off by the front desk staff - they seemed completely unfriendly and unhelpful. And to make matters worse, the location was in a pretty rough neighborhood, which made me feel really uneasy. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
