It was our mistake that we overlooked the fact that the apartment was located on the edge of the estate, almost a kilometre from the swimming pool and restaurant (and therefore also from the breakfast area). The estate itself is beautiful, with a well-maintained garden and swimming pool. We didn't use the restaurant because of the distance, but it also looked lovely. I can therefore only review our apartment in the town. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was parking nearby in the courtyard. However, the furnishings and furniture were quite old. Although it is a traditional old stone house, the lack of air conditioning made it very hot at night during the summer. The apartment felt musty, so we had to keep the windows open, which let even more warm air in. There was only one fan available, so we had to take turns using it throughout the night. 🙂 The owner is otherwise very kind and helpful. Despite the fact that overlooking the distance from the swimming pool was our mistake, he agreed to our departure after the first night, even though we had booked two nights. The check-in was a bit chaotic. Unfortunately, we were not told that we had to turn on the gas supply for the stove to work, so we couldn't even make coffee in the morning. The swimming pool and the other facilities are also quite far away, which we didn't notice in the property description, so we are not judging that. It is just under a kilometre away, but the walk there and back involves both downhill and uphill sections. Overall, the value for money absolutely does not match
