The location and the promptness of the staff were appreciated! Sometimes we couldn’t find staff in the hotel, probably because they were split between the chain’s hotels. We spent one night in the heat because the air‑conditioning had a problem and the maintenance or reception didn’t work on the day it happened! Cleaning was also not very good on the days we requested it, the mattresses were not very comfortable, they were too soft which didn’t please us!

I liked the cleaning, location, simple but pleasant atmosphere… it’s worth the price you pay! The room’s air‑conditioning didn’t work all night, we were very hot!

The breakfast was basic but acceptable. The building feels old and urgently needs renovation. The room smelled mouldy, the bathroom was filthy with black crusts, the toilet had an unbearable odor at night, the toilet paper was black and dirty, the shower head leaked water from the box, and the hotel claims daily cleaning but it seems they don't actually do it. The hotel needs to seriously check the cleanliness and maintenance of its facilities. The breakfast was held at the Amendoeira hotel, basic but okay.
