The station was close, which was good. The staff explained the check‑in procedure in a very polite way.

The bed was wide and allowed me to sleep soundly. It’s quiet and comfortable. The hair dryer was good, and I appreciated that water was provided. The staff’s smiles were nice. I think it’s a lot of work for the staff to always be smiling, and that was a bit disappointing.

The staff were foreigners, but their service was very pleasant. The moment I entered the room, there was a slightly unpleasant smell from smoking, whether it was a smoker or non‑smoker. Turning on the air conditioner and air purifier made it almost disappear. When I stayed at Hollywood Twin, the outlet was only on one side of the bed, so I had to buy an extension cord at a nearby Don Quijote to use both sides. Those who want to use many outlets should be careful.
