The hotel was atmospheric, cozy, quiet, tidy, and the service was very friendly. The Italians were as polite and smiling as always, and we sent greetings to the Ukrainian waitress, a pleasant person with a high level of foreign language skills. We chose the underground parking, which is worth considering because there are few spots outside. We had a room with a veranda and a fantastic view. With a clear conscience we recommend the hotel.

Overall I liked everything: the breakfast was excellent and plentiful, dinner was truly outstanding with plenty of choices each night, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were professional and friendly, and the pool and spa were lovely, plus the hotel’s location. The only downside might be the lack of a jacuzzi; after a bike ride or a long walk it would have been the cherry on top.

The only thing that marred my visit was the older bathroom, everything else was super.

Just above Moena, the hotel sits in a stunning panoramic spot; the staff are kind and efficient, breakfast and dinner are excellent, and the room is always clean and tidy.
