“Only stay here if you want to risk getting locked out of the room & sleeping on the stairs all night”
I found the rooms clean, the hotel was a bit tricky to locate but not impossible, and the central spot was convenient. The bathrooms were modestly clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. However, there was no overnight staff. When I needed the bathroom at 1 am, I had to leave the room because the bathrooms are outside, and I forgot the code to re-enter. No staff were available to help, and calls or texts to the provided number went unanswered. I ended up wandering the city for a couple of hours looking for another place to stay, but everything was booked because of a convention. I slept in the bathroom and on the stairs until staff finally let me back into the room at 9 am. I’ve stayed in cheaper places both domestically and abroad, and this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. If they’re running a co‑working space, no overnight staff might be acceptable, but if they’re operating as a hotel or hostel, this model is completely ludicrous.
