The only thing I liked was the mattress. The bathroom had no soaps, towels, or tissues. The staff came and left two pocket soaps on the bed without telling us. The landline was off, so there was nowhere to call. Fans were in poor condition with a lot of dust, and the AC was the same. Overall, the worst experience. Not recommended at all. 👎

The staff were friendly and helpful, the towels and basic facilities were adequate, and the hotel felt very safe and secure, but the room didn’t match the photos; the small cushion and pillow covers looked dirty and previously used, the overall condition of the bed and room was not clean, and there was an unpleasant bathroom smell—I expected a cleaner, better room.
