“Motel Is A Dump”

I booked a room there to escape the hurricane, but the motel was trash; the TV didn’t work, the mini‑fridge was broken, and the air conditioner was noisy. I booked through Book.com, saw everything, then cancelled, yet the management refuses to refund my $81.60. Nothing else was worth mentioning.

“Quiet and peaceful”

The front desk guy was very nice and accommodating, understanding and helpful. The rooms were outdated, had no WiFi, and were dirty with hairs and tiny bugs—probably baby roaches, though no big ones. I’m a cleaning lady, so I bought bleach and cleaned it myself. Aside from that, it was decent for $67, especially since other places nearby are way too expensive.

“Great hotel”

We had a great stay at Relax Inn's place, with nothing to complain about.

Close enough to places we wanted to eat at. Having to wait an hour and a half for the night manager, who knew we'd arrive between 9n10, to return to register us. Had a pregnant granddaughter with us and was there because I had to bury my wife, while traveling 4 hours from home and attending her memorial that day. We had more problems than his girlfriend having to sleep without him, I'm sorry, but I have trouble with a lack of compassion

“Good bed, bad noise insulation, door access issues… won’t return to this location”

Getting into the building was easy and the parking was good, yet the key card had to be reprogrammed after the first night, which was a hassle and wasted time. I had given this place a chance based on my previous visit to the area and thought the bed was much better, but the repeated issues with room access make me doubt whether I’ll return.
