The pool areas are clean and nice, but housekeeping was not 100 %. A few staff members were rude and seemed unhappy to be there, which is a shame because most of the staff were amazing.

The accueil, la chambre, le lit, la piscine, le all inclusive, les soirées à thème, le mocktail "banana pina colada", le calme (adults only!) were all great. The only issue was les oreillers.

Everything was on point—excellent 10/10. When I come back to St. Lucia I will stay here. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and their mannerism was 1000/10. The food options were limitless and the food was tasty. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I didn’t really dislike anything, but I was hoping to get painkillers right at the hotel, which wasn’t available, so I would recommend that some measures be put in place for guests staying a week or more who might feel unwell.
