The host directed me to an information point where we could pinpoint the church my ancestors likely attended, based on the dates and addresses I knew. He also kindly checked in daily to make sure everything was fine. The room was comfortable and well‑equipped with a wide selection of toiletries. The central location was great, and when my taxi wasn’t available to take me to my next stay in Marsicovetere, the host generously drove me there himself! Nothing else to note—everything was perfect.

“Magical, memorable, delightful and charming”

I gave it a perfect 10.0/10. This place is truly exceptional and unique; we were thrilled! The rooms are gorgeous, and discovering a sunken hot tub jacuzzi and a steam room was a huge surprise. The staff were absolutely incredible—nothing was too much trouble, and they were charming and helpful. I couldn’t rate it higher—if you’re nearby, book it!

I rated it 10.0/10. This is the best place to stay in Viggiano—rooms are very comfortable and clean, hospitality is generous, and the location is prime. If you love music and history, it’s a must. I visited Viggiano to trace my great-grandfather’s origins; the B&B host, Michele, coordinated with local tourism to locate the house he lived in, which was a lovely surprise that meant a lot. We also met his scholar friend and shared my family’s history. Michele helped us park and gave great local tips, ensuring a wonderful stay. The room view was beautiful, and I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
