The overall quality and design were solid, though the soundproofing was excellent; the non‑soundproof door was thin and still let in a lot of noise. The open bathroom looked nice, but it didn’t offer much privacy.

Great location, ideal for parking and walking around. Beautiful setting and well‑designed apartments despite their size. The bed—or at least the topper—was a problem. It’s very large and seems comfortable, yet it’s incredibly soft, perhaps too soft, making it uncomfortable during the night.

L’immeuble est tout simplement incroyable et magnifique. La chambre est superbe. Équipement très moderne et sécurité ++ avec les clés. À 10’ du centre et de tout. Michele a été très sympa. Rien!

The building and the entrance hall are great. The staff are friendly and give clear instructions. The room is fantastic. The road outside is noisy; traffic can be heard clearly, and the street was already being cleared with leaf blowers and sweepers around 04:00.

I had a wonderful stay in Pescara and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The room was absolutely beautiful: modern, spotless, comfortable, and decorated with so much taste and attention to detail. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect. It’s within walking distance of the train station (which is incredibly convenient as there is direct transportation to the airport), as well as the beach, city centre, shops, restaurants, and everything else you might need. I barely needed any transportation during my stay because everything was so close! The host was also wonderful, such a genuinely nice and lovely person who made the whole experience even better. I really appreciated the kindness and hospitality. And a little bonus that I absolutely loved: the café downstairs! The gentleman there is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he has the best sweets. Highly recommended!
