“Great space, but a work in progress.”

The room provided a great space with brilliant city views, but it felt more like a film set than a hotel, missing several essentials, should‑haves, and nice‑to‑haves; soundproofing would improve the experience from both street noise and internal building sounds, communal spaces are lacking, though a top‑floor restaurant would help; it is a work in progress.

The apartment was very beautiful and spacious with a lovely view, and the receptionist was a very cool guy who ensured we were well catered for; I will definitely book again.

The staff were very friendly, but the location wasn’t the best even though there is evening security in the area; our room was the first after the elevator and therefore very noisy, you hear every step of people heading to their rooms; construction across the street starts in the morning and remains quite loud, but it was okay for one night.

The spot is decent, but there’s no breakfast on site, so we had to hit the nearest eateries—no comment on that. The floor mat triggered my allergies and felt uncomfortable, and the reception area looked unappealing and uninviting.

“Very pleased amazing time thanks”

Breakfast wasn’t offered. The shower water took a long time to heat, and locating the plugs was a hassle. Street noise kept coming through the night, yet the staff were always friendly and smiling. We had coffee from a guy—probably Danwell—who served it wonderfully and professionally. We’ll come back.
