We were welcomed by the staff on arrival, the team at the reception was very friendly. The rooms were nice and very clean.The staff were so attentive, Harun was a breath of fresh air, he honestly went above and beyond to make sure we felt looked after. Ratibu was brilliant, his service is next to none, he assisted me when I got sun burnt, made sure we had everything we needed, we remembered him from a previous visit and it was so nice to see a friendly face. At the beach area area we were served by konde, good sense of humour and great service.At the buffet area, we spoke to Bashir and it was nice that he engages with us even though he is a member of the back of house team. I would love to recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Watamu. For the lovely team who organised my birthday and the lovely team that sang, it moved me to tears. Kenya is a special country and Watamu is paradise… I will come back again to turtle bay because this was a magical experience.100%
