The setting around the hotel is beautiful, yet the staff were not empathetic and didn’t give me full information about the services I could enjoy. The restaurant staff were very few and not very friendly either. The beds need new mattresses, at least the one I stayed in.

The building’s infrastructure has large volumes in the common rooms, but maintenance is lacking and the facilities are old from use. The noise from outside equipment in the room at night was very annoying for sleeping, even though we were moved to another room.

Comfortable, impeccably clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and the spa and pools were a great experience (will repeat in the future). Nothing significant to complain about…
