The welcome was very friendly, and we even managed to arrive a little before the scheduled check‑in time. The host was available, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and functional. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, served on the third floor terrace. The location is high up with a nice view, close to the center, and quiet. Shops are nearby, and parking inside the building is closed and secure. It’s a perfect spot for a stay in Reggio.

Mr. Antonio was incredibly kind and always ready to help us with the smart TV. The room, equipped with an air‑conditioner, was spacious and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also tried the breakfast, which was very good and well supplied!

The cleanliness and the very spacious room were great, and Antonio, the owner, is adorable. However, towels and toiletries were not replaced during the week, so we had to get our own toilet paper from the storage. The trash bin was not emptied.
