Clean, secure, and reasonably close to St Pancras and local restaurants, it was very convenient for a short stop and offered good value, but its dormitory‑like atmosphere made me hesitant to stay longer than a night.

Stay here often breakfast is always good.staff are always smiley and polite.rooms clean and good location. Forgot to ask for a walk in shower which we have always had before.less comfortable with bath with shower.i was surprised that a self check in is now in service since my last visit.a hotel should always be an experience for the customer.i did not expect to feel I was in a supermarket scanning.it did not mske me feel welcome upon arrival.also needed help with process
