We've been staying here for many years, but in the room there's either no chair or just one while we’re two, and the showers have mold.

Simple but clean, and the staff are very attentive and kind. Thanks! The access is a bit confusing—you have to learn it first, but otherwise it's perfect.

The person who handled our reception was nothing but unfriendly.

Arriving late at night, we had to haul our luggage up the stairs because the hostel above a restaurant had no elevator. The staff member who greeted us didn’t speak English and insisted the price shown in the system was wrong, charging us according to the property’s own rates instead. We had no choice but to stay. The room had a window, but a screen was in front of it and ventilation ducts behind the screen let the restaurant’s cooking smells drift in. When we first got there, tiny fly‑like insects hovered over the croissants, and I worry that some might have landed in the food.
