The location was great for the thermal baths and the zoo, but the reception felt cold. My room had a cigarette smell even though it was non‑smoking, the toilet flush kept running, there was no hair dryer, the shower had hot water but weak pressure, and I was missing pillows and a blanket for the night. Breakfast was very minimal.

Breakfast offers great value for money. The room is well sound‑proofed, so no noise from the nearby animal park, and the bedding is comfortable. Free parking is very handy and reassuring for security. However, the number of towels seemed a bit low (two small and one large for two people), even though they’re changed daily on request; when we asked the front desk for one or two extra towels—per the sign in the bathroom—we received a fairly firm and uncourteous refusal.

“Séjour agréable au coeur du complexe d'Amnéville”

Right in the heart of the Amneville complex, the location was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was superb with both sweet and savory options, and the private parking was quiet—highly recommended. The only flaw was the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the proximity to our activity sites was convenient, giving good value for money. The only downside was that the parking gate wasn’t closed.
