“Un desastre de habitación”
The only good thing about this place is its proximity to the airport; otherwise everything else is awful, especially the room. I don’t understand why these places aren’t monitored or inspected for hygiene, yet they offer such a poor service. From the front desk to the room, both beds were in bad shape, dirty, and it felt like they hadn’t bothered to change the sheets or pillows. The place smelled bad, had no towels, and was a complete disaster. Noise kept me awake all night, and I had to leave immediately because it was raining and it was already late; I had to keep looking for another room. I can’t see why they provide a service without caring to maintain it; for me it feels like a scam.
