Davide is a great host, caring and welcoming… The venue is ideal for exploring both Syracuse and Ortigia… Conveniently located, we parked without trouble. The only minor note, just for constructive feedback and not to bother the host, is that the bedding could be improved…😇

The lodging was very pleasant, clean, functional, and perfectly located in Syracuse, just steps from Ortigia. Davide is an amazing person, replying within a minute to every question. The breakfast is carefully prepared by Davide himself, with many choices and high‑quality food. Everything was perfect, thank you again!

The accommodation was very nice, the location good, 7–8 minutes walking to Ortigia. The modern building housed a cosy, clean room. Davide is a very pleasant host who gave us many tips. Breakfast was also very good. A big plus for us was the free parking around the building. We definitely recommend it and will definitely return.

The shower was great, the bed comfortable, and the night was quiet, but the place feels a bit far from Ortigia.
