I couldn’t locate the hotel at the listed address; the Oyo executive moved me to another property 4 km away, which also refused to give me a room—horrible experience.

The hotel was already closed; the fake hotel denied that any establishment existed under that name.

First, the hotel wasn’t listed under the promoted name, and when I escalated the issue to Oyo, they shifted me 2.5 km from my destination. That hotel, served by Oyo, had very poor facilities, denied me a water bottle and breakfast, had no lift, and the reservation manager Ms Kajal behaved rudely. They then moved me to Osho Inn AC Goyala Dairy, which also refused water and breakfast despite promises from the agent.
