The coffee tasted great, yet the washroom had leaks at several spots and hot water ran out by 1 pm.

The spot was great and the room was clean, but it was very noisy, especially with a wedding happening next door; without that disturbance it would have been fine.

Wifi didn’t work in the rooms, the economy room lacked a set‑top box, kids had no entertainment, the place was a converted home with insufficient parking—big cars had to park 500 m away, there was no staff and the owner handled everything, the owner was friendly, but there was no credit‑card facility. Also, there was no in‑house restaurant, no TV for entertainment, and for the same or slightly more cost you could find better family options elsewhere.

The hospitality was spot‑on, check‑in and check‑out were flexible, the property was clean, services were excellent, and the breakfast the owner made was amazing; there was nothing to dislike, and the location was very close to the Panchgani market, a taxi stand, and a medical clinic for emergencies.
