Good breakfast and quality of the products. Staff available for any need/intolerance, etc. Optimal location for visiting the main points of interest in Umbria. Beautiful and well‑maintained pool. Excellent value for money. In the room there is a connecting door to another room, so neither room is sound‑proof. There is no window, only a door‑window on the ground floor, which must remain closed and darkened to avoid sun exposure.

The location was great for reaching the main nearby tourist spots. The B&B was beautiful and well maintained, with plenty of facilities that made the stay comfortable and enjoyable, like the pool. I should mention the owner’s kindness and willingness to help.

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet. The single bed felt a bit narrow.

Luogo meraviglioso accoglienza disponibilità e cortesia al top, ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Manuela e alla sua famiglia. Camera pulitissima accogliente in una posizione ottima. Non ci è mancato nulla sono stati giorni piacevolissimi!!!
