“Delusione totale”

My stay ended in a very unpleasant way. The day before checkout, I asked for room cleaning. I counted the cash in my wallet before leaving and knew exactly how much I had. After the room was cleaned, I came back and discovered €320 missing from my wallet. I reported it to the hotel immediately and later filed an official police report in Phuket. The hotel denied any responsibility, and despite my efforts, the issue was never resolved. Even more troubling, my bag had been moved from its original spot, my wallet wasn’t properly closed, and one of my cards was partially sticking out when I checked it. I also gave all the details, including the police report, but I never received a satisfactory resolution about the missing money. I can’t say exactly what happened, only describe the events as they unfolded. Because of this incident and how it was handled, I left feeling disappointed and stressed on the last day of my trip. Future guests should be extra careful with valuables and use any available safe or secure storage for cash and important belongings.

“Unpleasant odour”

The location was great—just a two‑minute walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I stayed in Room 3 and there was a persistent unpleasant odor. I had to keep the balcony door open all day, otherwise the smell became quite unbearable by evening. Considering the price, I think there are better options in the area.

The location was good. The stairs to the room were a problem.

The bed wasn’t as hard as the usual Thai beds. The room was very spacious and modern, as was the bathroom. Even though it’s almost on the main street, it was very peaceful. The location is amazing—50 m from the beach, a 7‑Eleven, and other stores. The entrance to the building goes through a restaurant on the ground floor, which feels a bit weird at first.
