I paid for a room with twin Queen beds, but the elevator was broken so I was placed on the ground floor near the garbage pickup area, where staff dumped trash at 2 AM and garbage trucks arrived at 3 AM; another Hilton next door could have accommodated me but didn’t. The noise, the room mismatch, and the lack of a refund for the price difference were disappointing.

The hotel felt homey, had good facilities, and was close to the airport; the staff we met were nice, but a person in the adjoining room shouted and swore loudly for several hours with the door open, making it hard to fall asleep.

Friendly staff and helpful service made the stay very good, but a bit of noise came through the hallway after we went to bed, as if people were running through it—though that’s not your fault.

The design, decor, lobby, breakfast, and price were appealing, but I couldn’t log into my YouTube TV account because there was no app and the YouTube app didn’t provide a way; I think the YouTube TV app was needed, and another issue was the HVAC blowing directly onto the desk in the room.
